Please carefully read these general terms of sale, as well as the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which govern your browsing activity on the Website and our relationship with you should you place an order for any of the products offered for sale through the Website.
PURCHASE TERMS
All products offered through the Website are intended exclusively for adults. We reserve the right to request identification at any time to verify your age and/or authorization by a legal guardian. We also reserve the right to refuse an order or to remove any Buyer who fails to meet the above conditions from our database of customers or prospects.
By purchasing a product, you agree that:
(i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before committing to buy it;
(ii) you are entering into a legally binding contract when you commit to buy an item and complete the checkout process.
We may, without prior notice, change or discontinue any product or feature offered. We also reserve the right to suspend access to our products permanently or temporarily without prior notice or liability.

User Ratings and Reviews
You are allowed to rate and recommend each product. You may also view the ratings and recommendations from other users.
The star ratings displayed next to each product represent the average score given at that time and may change daily.
Pricing
Prices include applicable taxes and any relevant discounts at the time of ordering. Any changes to the applicable tax rate will be reflected in the product prices.
Prices listed do not include handling or shipping fees, which will be specified before order confirmation and added as additional charges depending on your location.
We reserve the right to update product prices at any time and to correct pricing errors that may occur inadvertently.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
If a product is unavailable, you will be informed:

During checkout: An alert will indicate the product is temporarily out of stock; or

After order confirmation but before delivery: Via email to the address you provided.
If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been confirmed, the entire order will be canceled (even if other products are available), and you will have the option to place a new order.
ORDER PROCESS
To place an order, the Buyer must first access the Website.
The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the order details before proceeding to checkout.
Once items are added to the cart, the cart summary will display the number of products. Cart contents may be subject to session time limits.
The Buyer agrees to complete the required form truthfully. The information provided will be considered valid proof of identity and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
When selecting credit or debit card payment, you do so at your own responsibility. You will be redirected to a secure third-party payment server using SSL encryption and AES-256 storage. We follow all PCI-DSS requirements to protect your payment information.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
An order confirmation email will be sent immediately to the email address provided, including:

Payment confirmation
The Seller retains ownership of the product(s) until full payment (including shipping) is received. If payment is not received, the Buyer agrees to return the product(s) at their own expense upon request.
To prevent fraud, the Seller or payment provider may request additional documentation. If the Buyer fails to respond within 7 days, the order will be canceled. Any prior payment will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.
ORDER PROOF
Emails and automated system records will serve as valid proof of communication and transaction.
Buyers may access the electronic contract by contacting our Customer Service with the order number and contact details.
PAYMENT
Payments are processed by third-party services (AZUL) that meet security and encryption standards. Please review AZUL’s Privacy Policies for further details.
Payment methods: Credit/debit cards (Visa, Amex, MasterCard, Discover, Diners Club), PayPal, or bank transfer. Orders paid by transfer will be shipped once the funds are received in our account.
The amount to be paid will be the one displayed during checkout and confirmed via email.
An order is only confirmed once:
(i) the Buyer accepts these Terms and Conditions;
(ii) the payment is verified and accepted;
(iii) an order confirmation is sent.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order if:

any of the “Purchase Terms” limits are exceeded

a dispute exists with the Buyer

past orders remain unpaid

the bank declines card authorization

the payment is partial or incomplete

DELIVERY & RECEIPT
Delivery Terms
Once the order is ready, it will be shipped to the address provided.
Products will be delivered via mail or courier, depending on the option selected. If the Buyer is unavailable, failed delivery costs are the Buyer’s responsibility.
Packages will be held by the courier for 15 days following the first delivery attempt.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours.
Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Receipt
Delivery is considered complete once the courier provides the product(s) to the Buyer or a designated third party.
Buyers must check for any damage or defects upon receipt.
If issues are found (damages, delays, missing items), the Buyer may:
(i) reject the delivery (the courier will retain the package), or
(ii) file a claim via our contact form or at +1 (849) 854-3836 within 24 hours.
After this period, the Seller is not obligated to replace the order.
REFUND POLICY
Cancellations

Refunds
