At HAIRLYN BY GRACE, we aim to deliver your hair care essentials promptly and securely. Please review the following information regarding our shipping methods and rates within the U.S.

Processing Times

All orders are subject to 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • Standard (Ground): $8.99 – Delivery in 3–7 business days

  • 2-Day Shipping: $15.00 – Delivery in 2 business days

  • Next Day Shipping: $23.00 – Delivery in 1 business day
    Free standard shipping on orders of $99 or more.

Please note: Delivery time estimates do not include processing time. We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
APO/FPO and U.S. territory addresses (e.g., Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands) are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and may require 10–12 business days for delivery.
Certain items may be restricted due to carrier regulations and may only ship via ground service or be unavailable for delivery to certain regions.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories will incur a shipping surcharge. Delivery may take 10–12 business days via USPS Priority Mail.

Shipping Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation via email upon checkout. Once your order ships, a second email with tracking information will be sent so you can monitor your shipment at any time.

Order Issues & Damages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service within 5 business days at +1 (954) 386-6875 or email us at info@hairlynbygrace.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can coordinate a replacement.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time, we do not support shipping to multiple addresses in a single order. Please place separate orders for each shipping location.
